So apparently today I was chilling in era I got on and 10 sec later apparently chief sold my head and I pmed him wha good why did u sell and he says huh like if he didn't know yet I have prove I want my refund back and I wish I took those hours I worked for the head back....

This has been a case in the PR team for quite long where the one who approved of the illegal custom is talked through by upper heads but the victim still gets half the result.

It is your responsibility as a player to understand the upload rules, and understand when an upload is illegal or not. Even if staff online at the time accepted it, it's still the player's fault for uploading an illegal custom in the first place. No refund of gralats should be necessary.
You decided to upload that head so you must have read the rules.
A staff maybe didn't know the rules.
You most likely will not get 10k gralats.
Making a thread about the same thing constantly will get you banned.

It may be because you had a hat on the head, the size was too big or too small, maybe because the pixels weren't correct, if you edited it, maybe you had done something wrong to it, such as blinking. If you got a 100% refund, upload another head, that is correctly done.
The head could be refunded because maybe you had to put the set transparency and maybe you didn't put it. Also you cannot upload heads with hats. Maybe the head was made incorrectly or there might have been an error with the head.
