Its the snowman you make from the snow mittens.
Just seen a green pole hat so i guess theres 2 pole hats.
Yes snowmen are made by useing your mittens ($500 from snow resort) and collecting snowballs then placing 1 down and taping it to collect snow and get larger. Once its max size drop another a little bit closer and pushing it to the first snowball then repeat for tge 3rd. Then grab it to dress it. Some snowmen turn "evil" and attack you so kill it for a chance at droos and hats or melee(s)
I could finally hide in trees and mess with ppls snowmen
