I dont know if anyone else is having this problem, or its just me, but something is wrong here. I phave participated in about a dozen auctions now, yet i cant win a single one, even though i have the money. someone places a bid and the auction ends before i can even place my bid while im in the middle of pressing the button. this happens every time and i have no chance of ever winning. am i doing something wrong, or is it rigged? please fix this, because i am getting very stressed over it!
It comes down to luck and how much money you got to continue bidding.

100% luck. It's a weird system but I doubt they will change it.
It's amazing how disproportionate the auction items are spread across player "levels".
Even if it's luck, you see a lot of people with multiple auction items and you see the same people winning over and over again.
Just a rumour I heard but I heard that some people even use macros for auctions.
At the most recent auction, Nuke won a ~40k pink M4 and 2 different people won twice.
A simple fix for this would be adding more auction rooms. Maybe 3 more, then having admins that have to auction an item in each room at one time.
Separating people in a much more spaced out environment. keeping people looking for whatever item they want, and or letting people get a chance.

No, a better idea would be to have a queue bid system that goes up by a certain amount with a cooldown bid in place.
I don't know what macros these people are using but this would throw a wrench into their plans.
If we spread out the rooms, we may have a situation where "auction gangs" take control of a certain room.
I personally think they should add a note above each room, saying what item is currently being auctioned, saves running in and out of each room.
Either that and/or a "highlight" which indicates which room is occupied/ how many people are in each room.Quote:

There's nothing wrong with the current auction system. It's fair. The only reason you haven't won is bad luck, keep at it and I'm sure you'll win. Also, bid on pc, it's faster imo. Other than that, the ideas mentioned aren't bad, seems useful to add an indication of what's being bid outside of the room itself.
It's speed and luck, if you can bid once a second you will have a good chance

Dino, Mys*, Milo, etc. all share access to one another's accounts usually only during auctions :)
The higher the bid rises the less people can bid because they can't cough up the money. You have a higher chance of winning if you have the cash. Of course, it's still luck in the end.

I've won a few auctions myself back when I was a player by not bidding until I thought the auction was going to end. Usually by trying to predict what the time will be, waiting till around that point and then trying to bid as fast as I could. However whilst that technic could probably help you win a few auctions I don't see it as something that would let you win a large amount of auctions like some of players have, which is why I suspect there is something potentially they are using.
Well, I have 11 auction guns and 26 overall wins but it does take time man, be patient. Just go with the mentality that you can win something but DO NOT expect it 100%. For example: When I won Mtar-X Tactical about a year ago... i was just focused on bidding 1-2 times every 4 seconds and all of a sudden you win... i do recommend that if you play on iPad, you relog before you start bidding on an item you want. Be humble and stay high, have fun while doing them!
Also, sharing this tip with the community, add a 9 to each bid you do... it always works for me. Try and have friends in a gang chat with you so you know what items are being hosted.

Maybe if the person cant win 2 auction in the same room in a row would help to let the others have a chance to win for shutting down the excuses i wanted this item not this item etc , all the auction items should be be add in a list before it starts within a day or after the end of every auction the items get add /updated to the next auction board <items> so the players decide what they want to buy and get steady for the auction day to come ( the board/ list location can be inside every room for example the red room next or current items which will get auctioned in this room 2x brellas 2x rafor 1x fmg9 and in green room list 1x blade rage etc the list can have a tiny [emoji362] colored green which means the current list items which is getting auctioned right now and when the auction ends the list gets updated with the items and the [emoji362]turn to yellow means get steady , and in the board every item gets auctioned and done the item get x or or a line on it which means its already auctioned and to be better the auction goes in sequence as its list in the board and if the item 2x for example 1x gets removed which means 1x left To be auctioned from this item.
