To all the people who want to become an admin.

Alright so first off please read this thread before you embarrass yourself making a thread wanting to become an admin, it'll only lower your chances so please don't do it.

If you're actually interested in working for iEra please ask yourself "Why?" what makes you so significant. "Is this really the path you want to take?" Being a Pr takes effort for some, and for others it takes no effort at all. I've been a pr twice. Hired then fired, then hired again then fired again. What did I do to get rehired? Motivation. Stay motivated, I was back at square one when I was fired but I was promised that if kept up my great attitude and didn't become psychotic I could come back to the team. What you need to do is become more self confident and accept your mistakes (if you have any warnings). Do go around start saying "Answering graal questions" just act professional and make others notice you without the need of asking for attention. If there is one thing I hate more than noobs it noobs who want the attention for leadership.

Era-go is a great place to get in touch with the community. In fact most people who sign up for Era-go do it because they want to become and admin. If there is a thread that is asking a question, answer it and move on. Being a mini-mod is stupid and annoying. Yeah make sure people are following the rules but don't make others look stupid when you pull out the rule book, kinda just a rude way of saying I told you so.

Oh yeah one more thing, Don't be a wannabe ;).

Don't bother trying to be a PR unless you're actually prepared to spend time doing work. The major misconception is that being a PR means some kind of fame/ rewards when that isn't really the case. Most players who get hired for that reason are either fired/ resign within a few months when they realise that which is why there is such a high turnover for PR positions

Working for a particular game and getting nothing in return is already a crap.
Well, if the other admins were nice and the community was nice too, it wouldnt be much of a crap.
Lets take snk for example. Backstabbed after working for this game for a long time.

It is only for the people who truly enjoy Era and want to honestly help contribute to Era expecting nothing in return.

Maturity and backbone is a must because we are heavily criticized for anything that we do. A good example is hosting events and the server lags and ruins the event, all of the players who were winning the event will heavily PM you.

Yeah I agree, except this part "One that you and others cant be" that is narrow minded, but that doesn't mean you should invent things that may or may not have happened.

I don't wanna be an admin but can an admin unjail me please? My graal id is Graal2266974 and I've done my time atkeast 4 times but it keeps restarting and I've made a ticket on toonslab and emailed graal online about 2 days ago and still haven't gotten a response can someone please help me

Hi there. While your problem is extremely unfortunate, spamming threads won't do much for you. Your best bet is to submit another ticket to Toonslab and hope they reply and help you.

Or, you could go on an alternate account on a different IP and PM an SPR or PRA explaining your situation, along with your Graal ID. Sometimes they'll help, or sometimes they'll jail you for evading your jail.
