Salutations.

Yes, I know, there are a couple threads of mine around here somewhere, including a GFX thread. I'm creating a new thread because I don't want to be affiliated with the one stupid thing on that. Ignore all my other threads, too. Don't question it, just please do so.

I do, however, want to be affiliated with what I attached here. They aren't great, but, whatever. There is a scythe, and an axe... And yes, those dots are supposed to be on the axe. They're "runes." Also- too lazy to .gif them right now. They're a cross between futuristic and medieval weaponry.

I'll toss whatever else I happen to make on here. Haven't done any tried and true graphics since about 2012 or 2013, so pardon my rustiness. Just got back into it.
I'm pretty salty- I already submitted my GFX application and the stuff on there was... crap. These are better. C'est la vie.

Oh wow I like the colors !!

But I think the outline of the sythe looks kinda jagged?

(: Thanks. I've been trying new palettes.

I tried making it less jagged, but it wouldn't do so without ruining the shape. I'll have to fiddle with it.
:Made some minute changes, and made a weird rifle... I want to .gif these now, really bad.

Probably will make some newer stuff soon. Got some other colors and ideas I want to try. Busy, though.

Alright. I threw the previous images into the proper template (though they are without the angled parts) and made a staff. I'll finish the gun later.
I also REALLY want to .gif these but I am so lazy.

They need some work, but, I think they are okay. I have some other colors and ideas I'd like to work with. Busy, still, though.

Also- I realized I spelled scythe wrong in my last attachment, haha.

In other news: today, I got bored. I made this head. Sure, it doesn't work by Graal standards, but it's pretty cool. Come on, it has a spinning vortex for an eye.
It is an edit of a head I fashioned a while ago, which was an edit of a head I made YEARS ago. As such, all this work belongs to me.

:Fixed two tiny frame issues.

As I said, I made the head, and it belongs to me.

I hope you know the true definition and look of pillow shading, my friend, because that's far from it.

I really like the gif and the vibe but the hair, on the forward facing one at least, does look slightly pillow shaded. I'm not really a pro at pixel art so idk.

Okay so, the head really isn't that pillow shaded but the hair's shading is messy, hence why it seems like it is pillow shaded. As for the melees I like them, they are really nice designs, though again the shading just looks a bit off to me, maybe it is because of the lack of AA.

Yeah, I can agree that the shading is pretty all over the place. I wasn't so much as concerned about the hair as much as putting together the .gif

Off to Google I go to learn how to AA, because I never learned that, even five years ago. Haha.

Look cool the weapons. But the axe doesn't really look like an axe much. And the tip of the scythe blade is kinda awkward. It just curves then goes straight down. Just my opinion idk if that was your intention. But overall, great work.
