He is inactive at the moment because he is very inactive at the moment, he might come back in the foreseeable future, but as of now, he is absent. This is indicated by it saying he is offline. However, if he is ever online, it will say online right next to his name and we would know. Your welcome!

Also, he died because he slipped on An ice cube so HW boonk ganged the managers position from him and made the server about as bad as 9-year-old milk.
