There is absolutely a chance for a Phillipine player to become an Admin. Next time the Asia/Australia Player Relations applications are open, they will be posted on these forums. Good luck!
I think I saw itine (was a SPR) speak their language once soooo your nationality/origin has nothing to do with hirings

Well yes you can but they are right.. "You can speak English Fluently?" I am a filipino too still i can't speak english here in Australia, A highschool student in philipines especially in Provinces are using their traditional mother tongue.. Alot of students in Philipines still learning english my cousin. But when you are in collage your english will be improved..
