I feel as if people enjoy playing this game for some reason. Personally, I don't find it amusing anymore. Perhaps I grew out of it? Or perhaps it lacks something?

I left if for a month coz i had exams and found out that its lame not anymore good and got into another game and the month extended to almost 3 months came back for gst and yet not even excited or active yet lol
For me, it's the people that make the game enjoyable. Sure, there are some toxic players and all that, but there are also quite a few gems that you can find. Just being in a gang with a bunch of buddies and talking or doing stuff together is fantastic.
It’s really boring, I log on at least once a week to check with updates. I need some kind of goal so I can come back to it but right now it’s not my game anymore.

Depends. For me it is worth coming back. A lot of memories flashback, i remember fun times and it makes me happy. Also some people in era are my life. :)
the only things that really held me to this game were my friends. now that most of them are gone im basically only still around to get back all the energy i put into and money i spent on the game

honestly, i'd stick to no. as said its a waste of time unless you have something certain to do. i quit it for 8 months and ive been healthier. came back only for summer, otherwise ill just be inactive or give my sister the account because honestly the game has lost its magic touch it used to have years ago.
and most importantly, do not let this game get in the way of your social life (irl), it'll just ruin it.
only reason i came back is because summer vacation felt empty at some point, despite going out with friends, gaming, etc.
so yeah, thats just my opinion
it's still worth the return despite all the toxicity and mismanagement it really doesn't affect you that much ++ it's always fun helping small gangs base and beat those ally thirsty gangs

If you’re asking us, then I assume there’s at least something keeping you from quitting. I leave for several months at a time and come back to maintain my interest in the game. You don’t have to fully commit to being either active or ditching Graal entirely. Maybe just pop in every once in a while when you’re feeling up to it? Too many dead accounts already; it’s a bit sad.
A lot of us come in from time to time like Marg and Allison said :). if you lose interest and don't want to play then don't, and if you feel like you wanna play, then play :D
I basically quit playing since most of my buddies left, but every now and then I pop here and there. I've been playing since I was 11, and this is the longest game that I've been playing. so leaving would be pretty hard.
I honestly believe that the reason people are addicted to the game is not because of things you can do but rather the social aspect.It's really not fun to get trapped while a guy with chem spams you, but it is fun just to sit back mess around, talk with your buddies.Everything else is just a add-on to the social aspect.Humans are hardwired to be extremely social, try and imagine iEra but singleplayer and instead of other players it would have baddies, no one would play that.The reason it's so hard to quit is because you're basically cutting off friends and that's one hard thing to do.Also it's hard to leave nostalgia behind :)

The answer to your question is not in asking others, it's in asking yourself. Do YOU feel its worth coming back on? (Cringy I know) I know I've been on this game since I was 12 years old, and I'm almost 21 now... I don't know if I'll be leaving any time soon either hahaha. However, it's always up to the one behind it. I know I put so much into this game, money, time, work... I could not just up and leave, at least not yet. I definitely agree :]. I have quit Era time and time again and I keep coming back. Everyone always complains about new updates and how they hate everything, but what normally brings me back IS to see the change, and how much Era has progressed. Unequivocally, there has been several changes that are often overlooked by the majority opinion—this is how society works anyhow—yet nobody takes the time to think that people VOLUNTEER their efforts into bettering the Era community. Development takes a team, and a team is inclusionary, therefore if you want to better the community then I definitely say take the time to help the community. Stop the slander. Stop the libel.
