Maybe a VIP Job for bikes to deliver some packages around graal and earn $45-50 Graalats. But you need to have a bike license which cost $500 to do the job. Only VIP's who have bikes can ask at the 'Mail' place to get some secret packages.

Out of all the VIP items I've seen. The bikes are probably one the most useful VIP items out there. A great way for easy transportation.
