OverPowered Gangs

Hey guys,

Most of us graal players know that every time you look on the map theres a bunch of famous gangs with every base. When you try to take that base its almost impossible because they have so much power over you, it is possible to rush and take it but not maintain it, which famous basing gangs can do. Basically it makes the already overpowered gangs more overpowered, and the weaker ones suck. For example, lets say GETS has mafia. They can just destroy everything in their way becausee they have so much strength and hold the base forever. I dont really know how to fix this but it seems like somewhat of a problem. Let me know your ideas and responses to this.

i dunno i just think it makes basing a bit unfair

But thats an option pros might not want to join "noob" gangs...

I just want ac to have no knockbacks in bases. 5 ac spammers can lead to instant death.

Fight cheap with cheap :P Most of the big-time gangs use cheap methods. 5+ PBPs, flag rushing, OP weapons, having an overabundance of members, ect. Get 5 pbps, take GZ, and make em spray. That's how Obsi did it that last Obsidian Period. (obsidian period=when duke decides he wants to wake up again, gets the same several core members to recruit nubs, and repeatedly takes and holds GZ for anywhere from 2 weeks to several months with 5+ pbps)

I think the knockback chance was reduced, it seems less severe to me now but I may be wrong.

Lol. Dude the trick to succesful basing is... Getting skill instead of complaining about other people who are actually hard workers. Don't be a whiner kids

K so first of all gets suck, they just recruit every noob who has a melee and can rush a flag. Secondly, I started my gang less than a year ago and I'm feeling fine fighting those famous gang. How did I get there? I wasn't crying that everything is unfair, I kept going and got to the point that made my gang one of those gangs that can easily defend a base agains noob rushers. So what I'm telling you is that instead of crying here go start a gang. It takes long time but it worth it. Its like mining.

Yogy has a point.

Most people complain that big gangs dominate basing, well in some ways they are right. Big gangs have more experience so can base better and know more basers to recruit more. Some gangs get created and instantly leave a mark, how? They don't complain, they have been basing for a while already with different gangs and they get the job done. People expect to be given everything on era but that isn't how it works. You gotta take it.

After I raged and threw my iPad on the ground cause theres to many flag rushers and noobs basing, I discovered a new way to annoy people and to protect base! It's called bear traps, mwhahaha so op

Unfortunately your gang uses them on everyone not just flag rushing noobs.

Traps: one of the best LEGAL ways to get people rage!
Step 1: put a trap and get your katana ready
Step 2: wait for a person to get into the trap
Step 3: kill him
Step 4( most important): grab him when after he died, it will make him rage and attack again.
So much way to streak :3
Anyway traps are usefull in pz, and me and raine use traps only @ Alan Harper.
I'm done basing normally and see 15 rushers taking my base easily so I'm getting adapted to new basing methods!

Oh and and on the topic:
There's nothing called op gangs, there's op methods.
Some gangs get 20 people to protect 1 base, other gangs can get 2 bases with 6 members cause they know how to spam( for me spammer is a compliment )
Other type of methods : traps, flag rush, raid.
I don't approve all of these methods beginning by my method lol but basing is like that, all these are legal ways to base.

Okay let's make this clear,

In real life you don't instantly join a company and become the best (Manager for example.)
You have to start from the bottom and work your way up.

This is the same principle in graal.

Fine, 3/25 of our members use them.

Why not make a base restricted to gangs with over 100hours... I've been thinking of this for a while make a base where if your wearing a gang tag that has over 100 hours it will say "cannot take base your gang has exceeded the limit of hours" this will help small gangs fight small gangs work themselves up a little get off the ground and later face bigger gangs.
Honestly it's hard staring up a gang when your new this will limit the bigger gangs gaining up on small gangs.just a thought

That just makes it a hell of a lot easier for new gangs. They should not have an advantage of easy hours. Big gangs have no physical advantage apart from already having loyal members.

Just learn how to make a gang from the scratch-up. Of course it's gonna be a little rough for new comers, but eventually you gain experience, from basing. Don't gotta complain over biggies, 'cause of course they probably had to go through the same rough times of ya'll had

No mining takes way longer xD, I'm level 21 and i mine 500 rocks a day by working really hard and it still only is 1k in value Lols.

I just wanna say that this game is for 9+, meaning you are not suppose to apply how we think to all the others. They play games to have fun, but when they struggle really bad, they are not having fun. It is actually nice to learn stuff from a game, but games for them are mostly for fun anyways. I kinda like Slasher's idea though, by making a base with hour limits, it will definitely help new starter gangs a lot and they will enjoy a lot more about gaming in era.
