Hello all! Why can't we drop on era?
There were issues that had to be addressed with the drops
So will it be back up?

We are not sure of the future state of dropping. Currently you cannot drop at all on Zone or Classic. As you are aware, we had tightened drop rules to one at a time unless on trade tables. Recent activity around scamming and duplication of items has required the temporary suspension of all drop activities except at trade tables and it may end up staying that way. I am unsure as the end decision at this point. We are reviewing options to determine why you would need to drop an item at a home versus a trade table at the present time.
I'm fine with no dropping as long as I can still drop ammo or you remove ammo limit.

It isn't that we don't want you to drop, it's just that people were abusing the system through glitches and hacks and such, causing way too many problems to deal with while things get worked out and fixed.Quote:

And really, guys, calm down about the dropping. It might get put back if it gets fixed, but while it's glitchy and people abuse it, it just isn't worth having. How would you feel if someone gave you hacked items and you were auto jailed for months because of it, when it wasn't your fault? Not a happy feeling, right? Well, at least you know this won't happen while there is a drop system that people abuse through hacks and such.

I got the solution for no one fight on this thread or any problem.
Well, as I have seen dropping is cancelled because the scam into each player.
so admins create the trade tables and disabled the dropping.
The problem on this ^ is that the admins put a price on trade tables.
Solution:
Well, my solution is, Able the droppable things that were before and without the limit.
For no scams make trade tables free, if theres an issue of many people there just make more tables
So finally will be like this:
Dropping - Yes
Trade Tables - Free
Scams - No
Dropping was not disabled due to scamming, I think. From what I know, it's been disabled due to the amount of glitchers and hackers abusing the system.Quote:

What I don't get is this; why not fix the duplicating issues by looking at the codes and fixing the bugs that occur on there, instead of disabling dropping and making about half of era mad because all of a sudden they were robbed from an ever existing option? I mean, yeah, maybe it ís alot of work, and maybe it ís hard to fix, but scamming and the duplicating glitch have been around for eternity, so there should have been plenty of time to fix this..
The duping should be fixed however I don't want the drop system back. There isn't a real use to it and it has stopped ALL scammers.
I can reduce the trade price to 50$?
I could also make it so you can get one free trade each day.

It would be two free trades (it will cost you 1$ to grab the table though- so it's not entirely free). In terms of items being in houses- I can make a furniture which you grab and it will turn the image of the furniture to the icon of the weapon you have equip.

Snk, answer me in this, as this is a pressing issue. Ammo has a limit, and not being able to drop it puts players who can't buy unlimited in to a position in which they have to constantly go and scope out more ammo. It's a waste of time, and kinda forces people to buy unlimited. Please lift the cap entirely. If that's not acceptable, maybe up to 100k. Otherwise, dropping ammo is the only real other way we can resolve that issue.
Same with shrooms. There's a cap on them. Why?
