how to get 20k for FREE (tutorial)

-first upload a head with glasses
-next pm ser saying "wasuuup"
-then he will delete the head
-pm him asking why he deleted it
-he will say coz of the hat
-say to him" its called glasses get it right"
-then wait for him to go away and upload the head again(u might need to dothis a couple of tim)s)
-snk wilk get involve and will give u full refund and another 20k as a bribe kinda thing coz of the "issues" u have experinced
-thats all

Why do they delete his and not others with similar heads, and why was his head refunded now when instead they could done it long ago.

no they gave me fulk refund then gave me another 20k

You can always take the glasses off the template n buy the glasses they sell in era Then no reason for them to refund it

Yeah the glasses they sell on there are cute and not that expensive, they are only 1999. there is also a free pair that you can pick up in a back room at the player's shop. I really wish they could make the glasses and hats separate from each other though so people could wear glasses and a hat at the same time instead of just one or the other.

Simplest, whats the big deal? Glasses count as a hat, and you are not allowed to have glasses or a hat on your custom head. In that small glasses shop above the water park are a pair of glasses similar to the ones on your head. Just edit your head to not have glasses and buy those glasses.

I think the problem with him removing the glasses is obvious, he wouldn't be able to wear other hats if he has to use his hat slot for the glasses

I had a head with a head band on it and so jeni refunded it (but gave me 20k) out of nowhere,auctions had just ended... but I see everyone (and by everyone I mean almost everyone) with illegal animations and hats and gifs on their heads and have never be refunded ...is it just me or do I smell discrimination based...you can't refund just one persons head because of the rules if another is pardoned.Look at half the members of Ragekae they have hats/headbands..so era should either remove the illegalization of hats on heads or refund everyone with them...I think I made my point and the best of luck Simplest. :D

I don't see why any head needs to have any type of hat seeing how it's causing this much of a commotion just because of glasses. If there's a hat just like the one on your head in game, then it shouldn't be able to be uploaded. The custom rules are going to be changed every so often (I'm sure they will) so just disallow hats being on heads completely, because people are going to complain no matter what. As you can see it's already causing problems.

And Simplest be grateful that you got some extra cash just because of the problem, and buy glasses.

Headbands are allowed, as long as they do not cover a large portion of the head. Most people who have a headband on their head have it covering only a small section.

Are scarves that cover the mouth or nose allowed?

I dont see the big deal, hats barely cost anything and if people are willing to spend 20k on a head with glasses or a small hat then who cares

The rule long ago was no custom head eyes should be covered with mask even if it's not fully covering.
Now it's totally useless if you want to create a small thing.

I definitely am an equal opportunity rule enforcer :) If you know of others who are not in compliance, please report them and we will address them as well. I do not remember refunding your head personally but my role is to review approvals by all staff and it may have been one they did in error.

Well that was easily the funniest thing all day

Well first off I would almost guarentee simplest was harassing ser and he got mad and refunded it. Would not suprise me at all. Secondly why are bandanas and scarfs allowed but not glasses? From my understanding the rule is there so people don't put gang hats on their customs. If it clearly is not a gang hat I don't really see the problem. And this same thin happened to me before and I feel the same way so I totally understand simplest. If you delete one persons head for this reason you must delete the rest of them.

Harassing? Simplest just PM him 'wasuuuup' and ser couldn't gotten mad and delete his head(not a staff should do).
If it's the other way round, then Ser is at fault.

It would not doubt me with simplest. I do truly think it was unfair and should not have been deleted but simplest obviously didn't handle it very well. When my head was deleted I didn't handle it very well but then was told to kill them with kindness and eventually got it back. I would like ser's side of the story to see how he can justify this, if he can at all

That is not at all why the rules were amended. You make this seem so personal and there is just no reason for me to want to affect you on any individual basis. I was asked to adjust the "grandfather" rule because it was creating more confusion than value for the majority of the playerbase and staff. The rule was always there no hats/glasses. I am sorry you are disappointed and I understand that; however, I can assure you this is nothing personal.
