The ticket should be enough for now I dont suggest asking for solutions from players as it could make the situation worse so yeah just wait for toonslab to respond.
Going from 2020 to 1969 is an integer overflow, cause 1970 is when computer time started :V Perhaps some sort of value bug occurred, but as Minho said, just wait for Toonslab to respond to your ticket.
Try submitting additional ones if they don't answer after a week or two.
