Gyazo kinda makes them a bit laggy & choppy so sorry for that x(
Idle looks a bit too slow. Maybe speed it up a bit to make it smoother?
Fire looks like you're caressing the gun on your face... nice, slow, and smoothly. I think it should be more sudden, I don't know. Abrupt.

As for the fire I have all the frames set to 0.05 secs which is the fastest a frame can go, but I could try removing some frames that might possibly give it a more choppy feel.
