My IP and Account are BANNED but i dont do anything

My account is banned by anti cheat game. But i have played this game very long time on my PERSONAL computer (for 3 years). I dont use anytool or anything to play this game except web browser. After my account is banned, my IP is blocked to this web too, Now i am using friend's computer. Please tell me where i can ask admin or support team to UNBANNED my account.
