Chem Gun Demand control measures

Chem gun at 200EC was at first sight very expensive and only a few could own it. However, as time passes, this did not seem to be the case. CGs are more frequent in game nowadays and this is very disruptive to many areas in the game, such as PKing.

There needs to be some form of demand control measures so that the number of CGs are limited in the game to reduce the disruption it causes.

As such I suggested we make all of the following changes:

1.Raise the price of CG to 600ECs

2.Add a usage license that will expire every 2 years. players must have the usage license to be able to use the gun, even if they have the gun. The usage license will have to be purchased at auctions for Chem Gun Users ONLY. This will mean that the price of the license will be according to the demand of the license. The starting price of license shpuld be 50k.

3. The personality of the users should also be checked, so if a user has been jailed for boosting, they will not be able to use the gun for 1 year ans have to repurchase the license.

We need to accept that the price of the gun shouldn't be reflective of just its specs, so please dont say that "oh that price definitely isnt worth the current specs" because the price is also to moderate the demand of the item.

Yes, either raise the price a lot, or simply remove it. The damage has already been caused anyway, by the negligence of the people on top.
