Can the work of collecting plants be retouched?

It is the 2 least used job, it does not give much money and is exhausting.
Yes, it is exhausting to be giving all the time to the screen for hours and it is boring

Could you add another way of working with the flowers besides the one that is already?

My idea is to add a special garden in your own house where you can plant seeds (You can buy it at the flower shop and the special garden too ) and after a certain time (example 8 hours depends on each type of flower) sell those flowers for money.

There would be a limit of flowers that you can plant.

I think a better idea would be flower themed items that you can buy by usin' the flowers as currency. Maybe some flower baskets that pick the flowers faster. Or you know, hats, melees and stuff like that.
