I need someone to be like a second leader, like Iceman and WEEZY, that kind. I need help on how to select people and how to make them want to help me.
Well being apart of iFreeze a long time I can tell you it's not about making someone do something, but finding a friend with a common goal and working together from that. Find other friends who want to help you and you've got a start.
