This player named Zan has good ping. I tried to kill him with the gun BAR and he stopped for 1 second and so I went to my trusty dagger and he started moving and yeeted away. He is also moving slowly like that guy I reported for lagging and disconnected (paused).
He is moving fine when trying to pick up trash or dig shell, but if he gets shot or pked he goes full lag mode.
it's impossible to kill him now.

Ok we probs have to implenent a fine of 100 gralats whenever a player exceeds a certain ping.

It gave me an idea. Remember when you lag or freeze in LT and it gives you a warning. That should be the ping meter if they're moving at a PK Zone since they are harming Pkers and other players who are picking trash with good ping with their zippy zap movements. Even I was surprised someone just went Flash speed.
Once they lag, they aren't allowed to login for 5 minutes.
