Aqua Man's Birthday Hat

First of all, I'd like to wish Aqua Man a happy birthday :) and, second of all, can you pls fix his hat? Incase staff members ain't aware of this, the hat has a white background with ALL people; not just me and some others. I hope this is fixed soon because it would look awesome and, by far, the best bday hat yet, if it werent for the white background. (iPad Mini user :) so I'm not facing my problem coz im on pc xd)
