Does the Bushmaster ACR still stack damage?

I've seen in some threads that the Bushmaster ACR (57k at aimpoint) had no hit timer which means everytime u shoot , all the bullets hits will be registered
Not like most guns like the bar where u would normally need 5 bullets to kill someone but in game it takes alot more bullets as all the bullets don't hit
But the bushmaster dosn't have a hit timer so all the bullets will hit and kill much faster aka stacking

So now im not sure what to get , between the Bushmaster or the P2Ks
Im not really interested in getting the P2Ks as im a PC player and the P2K dosn't have any sounds on PC which makes it very discouraging to get
