For the GFX admins

As you know iEra is a 2D mobile game it should have graphics optimized to run in lower to mid tier phones. I own an android with animations disabled in the settings but alas

The particle effects in the bullets shot by that gun completely freezes up the game causing my phone to reboot.

Please be more considerate before approving these animations on the server.
