Need Some Help...

So as many of you know, I used to wear a custom that was made after my dog. It was a black wolf. For some reason in 2016, it was removed by Raul with no reason given, and still no reason given to this day. I've tried uploading it several more times, but to no avail, it kept getting denied. I'll include a couple pictures of the upload at question.

The head

This head was denied because it was "non human/non animal". Even though it's a wolf...

The body

Included is a portion of the full body's file. This one is denied for 1 of 2 reasons,

1) "This file is the wrong size or dimensions" even though I wore it before and it performed perfectly (It's also the body I wear on Zone) & it's the same size as the body I wear now. the frames are all in the correct position.

If anyone can help me with this situation, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm just very confused as to why no staff member will provide any insight into this.

The body can be accepted, the head though looks like a werewolf head and not a wolf's head, a wolf's head doesn't have red eyes, a wolf's Eyes given yours is black should have either golden eyes or gray eyes. Plus I don't think wolves have heads that round

The head looks more like a animal demon than a wolf :/ given the red eyes and the golden lips. The body it may be because of the idle one, the arms maybe need to be a bit thicker or the torso, just so that there is no space in between them.

As stated by Joey and Nani before, the custom was denied as it closely resembles the mythological European creature known as the "werewolf".
