secret lokki car gun area

hey guys,so i've heard a lot of people talking about some sort of secret area near the lokki cars place where you can answer some questions about the game and it rewards you with a weapon so can you please help me find that weapon i appreciate it:):):)

As far as I recall, no such thing exists on the game. Sorry :(

No. I believe that they're referring to an old Halloween quest of Junz's that could reward you with different melee weapons.
The quest is no longer available, and the melees are untradable.

that place ceased to exist a few years ago

The nearest secret area to Lokki Cars is one room with some medkits, north that Hotal Park next to Hopscoth subway station.
