Graal pc page won’t load

Hello so it’s me again so my era hasn’t been working now for over a week and I’m trying to play on pc Facebook but the page gets stuck on graal online on like 80% of the loading bar and then the screen goes black when I refresh. I tried this in classic and classic works but era doesn’t please does anyone know how to fix this

Yes they did but I’m trying to log on the pc for now and it won’t let me and I’m trying to get help as this problem is more common

Try using Mozilla firefox it wouldn't load for me in any other web browser except for firefox
