Some Questions Regarding A Few Uploads

1. If I were to upload a custom I made and it got stolen, can It be refunded from the thief if I have proof I made it?

2. Are heads with a blindfold over the eyes allowed?

3. Are cat ears allowed?

4. Are tiny wings on a body allowed?

5. Is a digital styled animation for the eyes allowed? (Its an animation thats a line like ---------, changes colors and dissapears for a second, doesn't flash tho)

6. Is it possible to allow us more than 3 attempts to upload before getting banned for an hour?

1. No, there's too many player uploaded customs to moderate, 'stealing' someone's customs is legal.

2. If the 'blindfold' is a bandana, then yes.

3. If it's integrated into the head (e.g. the upload is a cat head) then yeah. If it appears to be separate from a head (like a hat) then no.

4. Yes.

5. Yes, small animations are allowed on heads.

6. Unlikely, three attempts should be more than enough. If it was any more than that, uploads would be a lot more cluttered, + people would spam upload illegal customs, in hopes that it may be accidentally accepted by a new pr.

4. I tried uploading one and it got denied under "no weapons on back" yet it was clearly wings

5. Makes sense, kinda sucks since mistakes can happen but I understand

I'd still have to see about my eyes animation but I got everything else solved, thank you guys for the help

A lot of players have eye animations like the one you described it should be allowed. Depends what admin is on at the time to accept it and what they think but i think you should be ok.
