I'm pleased to announce that we actually have something like this here on the Forums! :D

You can click here to be directed to the General Era Discussion page, where you can find many guides made by the playerbase on how to do pretty much anything in the game, and a few rulebooks made by our game's staff.

However, with that said, a lot of guides and rulebooks are either outdated or incomplete, so I'd recommend verifying the information that's passed your way while you're browsing.
