This bug that I have ran into displays the Groups in a very randomized, abnormal fashion; no other words on how to explain it.
It could potentially have something to do with vBulletin's PHP when loading certain pages, on here.

Happens to me a lot just a bunch of jumbled stuff, if you refresh the page it should be fine.
