I saw a cool hat and it looks cool but i think i cant get it :(

Was it a crypt reward etc

Near at East post office if u see 3 barrels u can get it but you need iFreeze II tag firsti guess

The only tag i regret not being able to buy is the black mafia hat (the one that looks like the staff's one but black)
