Why can't I upload cat dragon custom

Hi guys


So I'm trying to upload a cat dragon custom but admins keep saying mythical creature not allowed and that file is corrupted when it's not. I think he's being mean but idk I want a answer why isn't it being accpted I really like this custom and have seen it on era a couple of times.

Idk man maybe it's not accepted since it's not a cat or human custom

Mythical creatures are not allowed as customs.
