Ski Mask Head Customs, illegal or legal? I still keep seeing them.

So I'm confused, I'm still seeing newly uploaded ski mask head customs from random players so can someone clear it up for me whethere they are illegal or not. If not Id like to re upload mine lol.

HEADS:
-We do allow animations on the eyes; however there should be no other animations on the head
-Some heads come in with a small bandana which is acceptable as long as it doesn’t cover the entire head
-Heads should not change colors in the frames and thus appear animated in the game
Heads we do not allow:
-Meme heads
-Heads with hats such as gasmasks or other hats similar to what we sell in iEra
-Donut, sandwich, burger - food heads in general do not go with the iEra theme
-Moving heads, flashing heads
-Gummybear heads
-No real-life pictures
-Heads with glasses

Admins are people too...the make mistakes, just a poop loads of them.

For the record ski masks go with the iera theme. This isn't no burger or food head.

There is no ski mask hats in iEra either so DONT tell me it's a damn hat.

Damn right I'm here to rant about it again. After 4 years they decide to take them away just because someone named Toshihiro reported it. This it not something I take lightly. Most likely nothing will be changed though. Too concerned on minor things on this server like changing the look of the emojis or something else that isn't needed. When they can't even keep up with vip items especially now that they only have to worry about them being made 4 each year lol.

I don't understand why they would take them away because ONE guy said something. Plus the head looked cool.

No hats which cover the face.
