A fun adventure about dungeon exploring. (Part 1)
In the land of Gaia live multiple species, some sapient but some wild, some funny but some evil. While it is a world full of life, it's also one dangerous world. Beast roam the green plain, dragon nested at the peak of mountain, goblins living in a cave,anything you can imagine in a fantasy world it's here. Human are the dominant species living on the plain of Gaia, while they are the dominant species doesn't mean that harm does not come to their way. Not only that there are different wild life that are dangerous,human also dont get along with other sapient species such as Lizard Man, Centaur, Underground Roamer(Mole rat man) and many more. Human think of these species as "Inferior Being" that got evolved out of luck,which is why humanity have much hate toward these "Inferior Being".But today we are not here to talk about the politic or economy of the world of Gaia, we are here to enjoy a tale of six adventurer on a fun quest into a newly found dungeon.
The party of six consist of four human,a cat woman and a woodling( Humanoid with wood like structure ).An odd party which you dont quite see very often in the world of Gaia.
The first human is the party leader,his name is Edward. Edward class is a warrior, he only moderate knowledge about the art of sword fighting.
The second human name is Owen,he is the frontline of the party.Owen class is a Paladin, while having a good defence he only know the basic holy spell "Turn Undead" and "Heal".
The third human name is Ken, he is born with the rare trait "Multi Class".Ken class is Berserker and warrior, with his great strength he prefer to use a war axe, the only problem with him is his Hot Blooded attitude.
The last human is a female name Ling, ling class is Alchemist.Ling dropped out of Alchemist school due to "Pyromaniac" behavior.(Uh oh)
The cat woman name is Mai-Ki,her class is ranger.She is too proud of her aiming which caused her to not get along with other Cat People. (Cat People are humble species)
The final party member the woodling named Karike specialize in Magic,her class is warlock due to her special trait "Tri Element Adaptus".She is also the brain of the party. (Warning: While she is smart, remember that this is her first adventure!)
Just a normal day in the land of Gaia, merchant doing their business, adventurer out doing quest, and a random party of noob decided explore a newly found dungeon instead of reporting to the Guild. The dungeon they found in the swamp land of Korluk is indeed an unusual one, a dungeon with an eerie aura that would even make the most experienced of adventure shiver.And so the party of six decided to venture into the dungeon!
Lets go!
The party approached the entrance of the dungeon, they stand infront of the Gate and observe the unusual pattern on the gate. The pattern are some sort of ancient language of sort. The reading reads: " Those that dare infiltrate the unholy resting place of the Sadist King Tomb will suffer ". while scared the party are also excited, the Sadist King is known to own the richest Empire during the Dark Age of Gaia.Knowing that there may be huge amount of loot to obtain(steal) in the tomb, the party decided to enter the dungeon.
Within the hallway of entrance, the woodling casted a spell "Detect Life" to the whole party. Just as the spell was cast, they all sensed 5 undead ahead of them. The party moved closer to the undead to inspect, what they found are just 5 weak skeleton scout. The party laughed at the weak greeting of the Sadist King.Owen dashed toward the undead and smashed 3 of the skeleton head in one swing while saying:"These skeleton aren't even worth my magic". But something unusual happened , normally the other two skeleton would just rush toward the party, but instead one of it ran into the unexplored path and vanished and the other skeleton stand guard on the hallway. Mai-ki fired an arrow toward the guarding skeleton head and defeated it, the party continue forward and came across two path way, on the left seems to be a continue of the hallway while on the right seems to be an eerie dark hallway where the last skeleton escaped to.
Which path will the party choose?
