M4 attachment is OK. I've used it and I personally don't like it. But that's for you to decide.
I had opportunity of testing it and I don't really recommend it. But it's a decision of yours. The stats of the gun doesn't change, except on the shots fired per clip. On single mode, obviously it will shoot 16 times; on double, 8 times; on triple, it will fire 3 bullets 5 times and 1 single bullet for once.
