First Head ive made

So basically, never done online graphics before but, uh, got bored in English at school so i thought what the heck and decided to make this head, its based off of this pixel art ( https://www.pixilart.com/photo/xxxte...5032a81be933cc ), made in photoshop, but id love some constructive criticism about my mistakes with it and whatnot.

I dunno if this counts as copyright since its based after a real person? or since its similar to Lil Posceys work?

haven't tried uploading to era but feel free to use it if works
