Locked out of my account.

Hello, I'm Ploopy.

I made my account in 2012 with an old aol email, I lost access to the email a while back,
so when I got a new phone I couldn't log back into the account,
I could still access my account on PC via facebook, but when I went back to my facebook I was logged out...
I can no longer log into my account with 4,000 hours of gameplay because I can't access
my email, so I'm not able to put in a toonslab ticket to the email tied to my main account.

I know I'm not
suppose to be posting this kind of question in this section of the forums but I've had this problem for 2 years
now... would there be any possible way to prove my identity and maybe switch the email tied to my main account?

We can't do anything about these situations on the forums.
You should try emailing [email protected] from the new email which has no Graal account associated with it. Also include your GraalID as well as your old email which you no longer have access to.
Hopefully they're able to help you out.
