So today I bough 4 packs of the no.3 pack and I only received 2 of them and I’m missing 2 packs which is 55k gralats, I contacted admins and sent the receipts to toonslab but no response. Please help.

Admins can't help you in this case, but toonslab can.
Make sure that you included ur graal id and all the receipts so they can help.
If 48 hours has passed without getting a response then go ahead and submit another ticket.
