Whats up with the commenting ?

Since im new i got that "new ignorance is bliss pass",Anyway i've noticed that some comments don't show up or give any indication they've been sent, some show up immediately then leave later,Some actually post, and the first ones said something about administrator approving.I dont get it,It annoys me that i cant understand it, help?:annoyed::cool:

Maybe, that could have happened because your internet connection wasn't very good at that actual instant or it could have been a glitch.

I mean I wish I could help... But I don't really understand what you mean.
