Nobe Blade VS VIP Daggers

so with the addition of the VIP daggers that came into the game, it made me wonder it acts the same way as the Nobe Blade as in it shoots daggers like the blade shoots ice, and the daggers can be used as a melee same thing as the Nobe blade, but with that comparison the VIP daggers which is given to anybody to bought the vip has a higher damage weapon than a gang weapon, the Nobe blade gun damage does 1 and the melee does 8 while the VIP daggers does 7 gun damage and 8 melee damage, can we come to some solution like if we can increase the stats of the Nobe blade since it is a gang weapon

1k+ people have the vip daggers, only 12 have nobe blade. Any other item is probably better than nobe blade.

Freeze was told about the stats the gun would have if they chose to have a gun instead of the usual melee.

It does seem unfair, but who knows what the leaders of Freeze had discussed about the weapon at the time.
