Lower the hit registration timer!
Its about time bullets that hit in a rapid succession actually count as hits. The proposal is it obviously needs to stay in place otherwise laggers would destroy era with their gun lag walls that shoot a whole clip at once. The timer would be moved down .1 second below the fastest firing gun that way fast shooting guns like the tomphson and BAR are not a cheap rip off.
Remove the hit timer (causing problems)
First off, I would like to say that the hit timer is causing to many problems when basing and sparring. I am not sure if you guys notice it or not, but I have. When basing, if you land the first hit on your opponent, you can keep doing damage to them. But in return, you won't receive any damage from them. You can basically sit there and spam the heck out of them. Same issue in spar, if you get the first hit, you're basically invulnerable to the next 1-2. Not only Have I noticed this but many including my gang members. This is a major problem, especially the PBP shotgun.
