I been trying to upload this head I made today and its saying "Sorry, the head image must have a size of exactly 32 by 560 pixels! The image you have uploaded is 0 by 0 pixels."
when I go into the files properties it says the file is 32 by 560 pixels so im confused
Im pretty sure I did everything correctly not sure what's wrong or how I messed this one up.

It's probably a BUG AGAIN. Try to post a letter to the staff if the problem continues..

I don't know what causes the issue (might be a corrupted file of some sort) but you can use this website to fix the issue; https://ezgif.com/repair
Just upload the head on there, as repair method select "Drop corrupt frames" and press submit. Then save the output image and try uploading it - i tested it and it worked for me.
