Can I apply for player relations, if I genuinely changed?

This game means a lot to me. I’ve been playing it since the 4th grade and still play it to this day. I’ve thought about applying for player relations since I love this game so much, however I have a lot of jails. Not gonna lie I’ve done some pretty stupid immature stuff in the past. But I can honestly say that I have made a genuine change. I’ve honestly matured. Are there no exceptions if I have to many jails?

yes you can apply, everyone can. But not everyone gets selected.

You can apply when they open applications for your region.
