try emailing , [email protected] / [email protected] , and include your ticket number
Support wouldn't block players or tickets. It's probably just taking them some time to respond.

Short answer is that—it does take ToonsLab that long to respond. They're very short-staffed for the amount of tickets they receive, especially nowadays. Keep on trying once or twice a week man, you'll get through to them.Quote:

Toonslab checks all tickets that they receive, the tickets aren't being forgotton.
If Toonslab doesn't reply to your ticket it usually means that they can't help you with your issue. You don't need to send multiple tickets regarding the same issue.
I sent my tickets in 3-4 years ago so better get in line. Lol

Tickets are burned unless bribes are promptly paid
