What's with these ghost updates?

Can we please stop implementing new events and challenges without some kind of easily accessible documentation beforehand.. please? With the new challenges that Era's doing, it'd be nice to know things like what we have to do and rewards.

And no, Jeff or some development manager messaging the whole server doesn't count because that's working off the assumption that all players are online, let alone reading their PMs.

Just an update in the news or a forums post, something to keep us informed.

We need an actually good Graal Era Discord community. Something with admins and staff members in it along with other community members.

I'm not talking about the various ones you see people advertising. Those are just Discord servers who's only activity are bot spam.
