If chem was unb@nned from bases which gang do you think would be the strongest?
Ill give you an estimate of how many chems each gang has..

Darkside: 3
Obsidian: 6
M2S/Decade: 5
Godelic: 1
Region: 2
Velocity: 2
Bhades: 1
GPN: 1
Embro: 3
Navy: 2
NBK: 1 (Soon to be 2, me:])
Lightsout: 0
BDGX: 0
Arcane: 2

I think Obsidian and M2S would be.

Well, Obsidian is still strong as is, chem or not, they're still good.
DarkSide depends on chemical guns a lot.
Elevation uses Chems occasionally.
NBK is strong with or without Chems.

I guess DarkSide would be pretty strong with it.
