as far as i know my account was jailed for 2 years ago, and inactive for 2 years ago and now i want to play back

I think it was in graal problem, because i cant really receive any notifications from my mail.
GraalOnline doesn't blacklist emails unless you harass them, so chances are you're just not receiving the emails. I'd say check your spam folders, but that's rarely ever helpful.
Try adding "[email protected]" to your contacts list so your email provider prioritizes emails from them—then try again.
try re downloading the game and go from there
