First of all, you need to seriously work on the description.
Are you the manager of this server? If so, convince the reader to apply.
Making a thread like this will get you no where, this applies in the real world.
It's the same thing as saying:
"Join my company! We're hiring."
Sure, people will apply, because some need jobs. However, the "pros" won't. They don't know what this "company" is and does.
Simple, its bomberman online.. if theyre interested in scripting/gfx/LAT for a bomberman server, they will..Quote:

its controls are based off bomberman online, a private server that opened when the real bomberman online closed
