Admin related questions? (PR and Newspaper Staff)

Here are questions that I wanna know that is related to PRs and Newspaper Staff.

PRs
1. How can I PR know when a person account is being hacked?
2. What is the feature called that PRs can do that disable someone from chating?
3. How can PRs tells when someone is Speed Hacking?

Newspaper Staff
1. What does the Newspaper Staff used to design their pictures with fonts, backgrounds, etc?
2. Where does the Newspaper Staff do their duties? (Like how the Forum Moderators duties are on Era-go and the other in game Admins duties are on GraalClient.)

These questions look very similar to the ones in the applications.
1.IP address/Device ID.
2.Gag
3.Observe or run speed test.

Yes, it is, but I not cheating, I already submitted my application and answer those questions with the little knowledge I know. I wanted to learn the full knowledge of these question.

If you know what is honest then I would advise applying, but thanks anyway! Back to topic please, there is still some that have not been answer like the Newspaper Staff section...

I'm sure the newspaper staff uses the basic photo editing tool available on their phone to edit pics.

They don't have to 'do' their duties, only 2-3 are taking the photos and then sending it to the editor.

I'm not entirely sure where they 'work'.
They just roam around Era, getting some info from friends about minor updates and such and then taking the photo of that location for the new article.
