New (male) head I just recently worked on. I didn't make it from scratch but I overhauled most of it though. Feel free to use it or edit it further. There's two versions, one with pony tails, and one without them. Hope you like!

I'm not so sure that taking someone else's work and just changing the color, along with some very minute/minuscule/unnoticeable changes could be considered "overhauled."

For blonde, that's a really disgusting color- it looks way to green. The beard doesn't look much like a beard, either. It looks glued on.

As for the first one, I picked the head up and changed it as much as I could and added anything I thought would look nice. If I could credit whoever made it I would but I'm honestly not sure.

Secondly, thanks for the feedback. I'll do my best to fix the coloring, and beard.

I'm new to era graphics and pixel art so I'm just playing around for practice.

That color is significantly better than the green.
