If you could warp anywhere, anytime once where/when would it be?

I would warp to 2010 to fix everything I've done in graal and be smarter like investing and doing stuff lol.

I'd warp to a place where I could bend space time to my will. Then become a time lord who manipulates universal events indirectly.
