Dead thread.

Then we probably need more Toonslab/support staffs than in-game staffs, if players with real problems are always asked to submit a ticket instead. And it usually takes forever to get a response or action. So maybe with more staffs in toonslab, it could speed things up. But I know it’s difficult to get staffs like that sadly :(

You might have been hacked.

1. Revoke access to all devices.
2. If the jailing keeps happening you might want to switch to another device after revoking you current one.
